beautifully designed, and lightning-fast.
Duties and Responsibilities:
** Own the end-to-end design of user journeys, from research and ideation to handoff
** Create and maintain user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes
** Design intuitive, accessible interfaces that support both English and Arabic (RTL) layouts
** Develop and manage comprehensive design systems and reusable UI components
** Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to validate UX decisions
** Collaborate closely with AI developers to align designs with automated generation workflows
** Document design specs for handoff and collaborate with engineering on implementation
** Advocate for user-centered design and accessibility across all MJ & Partners products
Job Requirements:
** 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in SaaS, low-code, or developer tools
** Advanced proficiency with Figma and Illustrator.
** Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and using Jira for task tracking
** Deep understanding of responsive design, web layout principles, and WCAG accessibility standards
** Familiarity with HTML/CSS fundamentals for effective developer collaboration
** Experience designing RTL/multilingual user interfaces is a strong plus
