We are looking for an Executive Agency Manager with Spanish language skills for our office in Tiblissi (Georgia).
We need a person with at least 5 years of experience in this field to manage the team of a surrogacy agency in GEORGIA (work experience is mandatory).
Fluency in English is mandatory for the candidate, and a good command of Spanish, French or other languages will be an advantage.
We are considering a candidate who has experience in screening potential candidates for surrogacy programmes as well as egg donors, which will be an absolute advantage.
Confirmation of previous effective work experience (recommendations from previous employers, place in TOP-10 of previous teams/companies, recommendations from clients) is desirable for review.
Skills required:
** Leadership qualities and team management skills;
** Proactive problem-solving and solution-finding skills;
** Ability to work hard under sustained workload;
** The desire to achieve more;
** Experience working and/or working in a surrogacy agency; and/or in a clinic supporting surrogacy programmes will be an advantage;
** Organising, communicating and conducting high-level negotiations;
** Secure user of a PC and relevant software;
** Spanish - above average, English - fluent, French - above average

** Official employment, stable and punctual payment 7500 GEL;/month
** A system of bonuses and incentives, which can amount to a reward of up to 6000 GEL per month, depending on the results of completing the tasks and the plan;

** Full working day from 10:00 to 19:30, with one hour for breaks and meals from Monday to Thursday, and on Fridays the working hours are from 10:00 to 16:00.
** Possible business trips both within Georgia and abroad are expected.
You will have a financial incentive plan based on targets achieved, which can easily reach 6000 GEL /month, where the main factors are:
** Satisfaction of clients and potential candidates with the participation in the programmes;
** Achieve the objectives set by the departments you manage;
** Fulfilment of goals and selection plan (recruitment) of potential candidates to participate in surrogacy programmes, as well as oocyte donors.
