"Design Studio" is a premium, luxury multi-brand furniture showroom, featuring the Boffi / DePadova Group, as well as Living Divan, Arclinea, Fornasetti, Occhio, Viabizuno and Talenti.
Design Studio announces vacancy for the position of Showroom Manager.
Basic requirements:
** Dealing with and overseeing daily operations;
** Developing business, sales and marketing strategies;
** Learning and understanding products and services;
** Assisting with sales and sales pricing;
** Reviewing stock and inventory and ordering products and merchandise;
** Dealing with shipping, customs and importation of products;
** Dealing with sales and delivery of products;
** Dealing with returns and exchanges and repairs or other customer complaints or requests;
** Planning, monitoring and reporting on stock, sales and budget;
** Building lasting and meaningful relationship with suppliers and service providers and customers;
** Attracting new clients and designers;
** Reporting on buying trends and customer needs;
** Creating and maintaining office paper-based and electronic archive;
** Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings;
** Coordinating office procedures;
** Dealing with transportation and logistics, including supply chain operations;
** Providing assistance in the employee recruitment process;
Qualification requirements:
** At least 4 years of experience in B2B sales
** Experience in a similar position is considered an advantage;
** Experience in successfully completing negotiations with large clients
** Effective negotiation and presentation skills
** High level of knowledge of office computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
** Intermediate level of English and Russian
** Effective time management, orderliness and good organizational skills;
** Organization, hard work, sociability
** Ability to work independently and make decisions
** Ability to prepare reports, write business correspondence
** Responsible for assigned obligations.
Remuneration is determined by fixed salary and experience
Working hours: Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00.
