Digitaler - we are a fast-growing digital marketing agency focused on driving measurable results through performance-driven strategies.

We are looking for a Media Buyer/Creative Strategist to develop and execute compelling advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other performance channels. This role combines analytical thinking with creative insight, turning consumer psychology into thumb-stopping ads and profitable performance. The ideal candidate is both a data-driven media buyer and a creative thinker who understands how to brief a designer and a video editor to create effective ad creatives.

Job Details:

** Employment Type: Full-time
** Working Hours: Monday to Friday 10 AM - 7 PM
** Salary Range: 2000-4000 GEL, based on experience and skill level.
** Benefits: Health Insurance
** Location: Chavchavadze avenue, On-site
** Work Environment: Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; Occasional client meetings or presentations.

Detailed Responsibilities:

** Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and other performance platforms.
** Conduct market research and audience insights to develop persuasive ad narratives.
* Create ad creative briefs for creative and content teams to develop ad angles, scripts, and visual concepts.
** Analyze campaign performance daily and apply data insights to improve lead cost and quality.
** Monitor trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to stay ahead of performance shifts.
** Generate weekly performance reports and strategic recommendations for internal and client review.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:

** 1+ years of experience in media buying or creative strategy.
** Scaling paid campaigns profitably and ideally, building high-performing creatives.

Skills and Competencies:

** Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy.
** Excellent English Proficiency - Strong written and spoken communication to craft messaging and present strategies.
** In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
** A deep understanding of ad platforms` creative best practices.
** Creativity in messaging, storytelling, and identifying winning hooks.
** Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

** Experience in lead generation campaigns.
** Familiarity with landing page testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
** Experience using creative research tools like Ad Library, Foreplay, or Motion.
** Understanding of consumer psychology and persuasive messaging frameworks.

Technical Requirements:

** Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and/or TikTok Ads Manager.
** Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or other reporting tools.
