We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Design to lead our dynamic Design Department. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of design principles, team management, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will drive the creative direction of the company and ensure the highest quality of visual and user-centered design across all projects.
Location: Vazha-Pshavela ave. Tbilisi.
Key Responsibilities:
** Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary design team including UI/UX, graphic, product, and brand designers.
** Define and execute the overall design strategy aligned with business goals.
** Oversee design processes from concept to delivery, ensuring consistency, innovation, and excellence.
** Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver cohesive and impactful experiences.
** Foster a culture of creativity, growth, and continuous improvement within the department.
** Manage department budgets, resource planning, and performance evaluations.
Requirements:
** Proven experience (3+ years) in a senior design leadership role.
** Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful design projects.
** Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
** Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.
** Deep understanding of user-centered design, brand identity, and digital product design.
** Ability to mentor and grow design talent.
