As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels to drive user acquisition, retention, and brand awareness. You`ll work closely with the design, development, and content teams to create data-driven marketing strategies that generate real ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
** Campaign Management: Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, X (Twitter), Telegram, and crypto-native ad platforms.
** User Acquisition: Drive high-quality traffic and new user registrations through performance-driven marketing strategies.
** Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze funnels, landing pages, and ad performance to improve user journey and increase deposit conversion rates.
** Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign KPIs (CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other platforms. Report weekly insights and suggest actionable improvements.
** A/B Testing: Design and run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs to improve results.
** Collaboration: Work closely with design and product teams to align on campaign messaging and optimize visual creatives and user experience.
Requirements:
** 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in crypto, iGaming, or performance marketing.
** Proven track record with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Twitter/X Ads.
** Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive performance improvements.
** Deep understanding of CRO principles and funnel optimization techniques.
** Familiarity with crypto audience behavior and marketing restrictions in the industry.
** Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and deliver results under pressure.
