We are seeking a passionate and performance-driven Staff Manager to join the iSpace team - the official Apple Premium Partner in Georgia. This role is a key leadership position responsible for growing our retail network by leading, developing, and inspiring retail teams across the country. You will directly contribute to sales success, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence across all store locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & KPIs

** Drive national sales performance and ensure achievement of store-level and company-wide targets
** Monitor key retail metrics: traffic, conversion rate, average transaction value, and customer satisfaction

Team Management & Development

** Lead all aspects of team management: recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development
** Coach and motivate store teams to deliver top-tier service and exceed goals
** Foster a strong team culture built on accountability and continuous improvement

Retail Operations & Service Excellence

** Ensure consistent execution of Apple`s brand and service standards across all stores
** Oversee scheduling, staff planning, internal communication, and disciplinary procedures
** Support and drive compliance with brand guidelines and retail protocols

Collaboration & Communication

** Act as the main liaison between store teams and central management
** Provide timely feedback and share insights to support company-wide improvements

Qualifications & Skills:

** 3-5 years of experience in managing multiple retail locations or a large retail team
** Proven track record of hitting sales targets and developing successful teams
** Strong people management, coaching, and mentoring skills
** A hands-on leader who can simplify processes and focus on solutions
** Understanding of premium customer service and working with performance KPIs
** Excellent communication and organizational skills
** Fluent in Georgian; English is a strong advantage
