Opened in June 2022, Pullman hotel features 218 rooms, 2000 m2 of banqueting facilities, Restaurant and Bar on the top floors, as well as luxurious spa. We are looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking and proactive Bellboy, who will be lending a helping hand with a smile, ensuring that our guests Feel Welcome as soon as they arrive by demonstrating their passion for the property and respect for our guests` belongings.
Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
** Maintain presence in the lobby as an ambassador of the property and brand, offering exceptional service to the guests
** Assist with car/hotel doors and guest luggage
** Responsible for the timely and careful delivery and collection of guest luggage and belongings to and from guest rooms, cars and luggage room
** Explain technology and features of guest rooms
** Be knowledgeable about hotel facilities, updated on activities, promotions and happenings in the hotel/city to provide accurate information
** Personalize guests` orientation of their room in a professional, friendly and engaging way
** Work as a part of the team to achieve departmental objectives on a monthly and yearly basis
** Be well versed in hotel fire & life safety / emergency procedures
** Work day and night shifts within a flexible schedule that meets business demands
** Perform other duties as assigned by the management
Who you will be:
You are a proactive, energetic individual.

** Service focused personality
** Proficient in English and Georgian oral and written. other languages would be a plus
** Computer literate, with MS Word and Excel skills
** Results and service oriented with an eye for details
** Problem solving and decision making skills
** Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
** Hotel experience is desired, but not required
