We`re hiring a Growth Operator at ERKO — not a typical media buyer.
We need someone local who understands marketing logic, knows how to run Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads, and can move fast inside a creative team.
This is a core role — you`ll work directly with the founders, launch and manage real campaigns, and collaborate with the content and design team to drive results.
Location: Tbilisi or remote (within Georgia)
Language: Fluent Georgian + basic English
Start: Immediate | Trial period: 2 weeks (unpaid)
Salary after trial: ₾1200-₾1600/month
Remote: 9am - 8pm

ERKO is a creative + performance-driven digital agency based in Tbilisi. We work with brands that want real results — not just pretty posts. We focus on full-stack execution: strategy, content, ads, funnels, and performance.
Right now we`re building our core internal team — not freelancers, but smart, independent executors. This role is key.
About the Role:
This is not a simple media buying job. We`re looking for a Growth Operator — someone who understands how paid traffic, content, copy, and analytics work together to drive results.
You`ll work directly with the founders and alongside our Content Coordinator, designers, and editors. You`ll be responsible for running campaigns, testing, collaborating, and making smart decisions. You`ll also be expected to handle basic client feedback or communication when needed.
What You`ll Do:
** Launch and manage Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
** Track performance (CTR, ROAS, CPL) and optimize campaigns
** Test different creatives, headlines, copy angles, and audiences
** Work with the Content Coordinator to align ad visuals and messaging
** Give feedback to video editors/designers if changes are needed
** Respond to clients when necessary (especially for campaign-related issues)
** Help optimize internal ERKO lead-gen funnels and growth systems
** Report directly to TK weekly with performance summaries and action plans
What We`re Looking For
** Experience running Meta + TikTok Ads (Google Ads = big bonus)
** Understanding of marketing logic, not just ad setup
** Clear communication — you`ll talk to the team + clients
** Strong responsibility and ownership mindset
** Comfortable giving and receiving feedback
** Fluent in Georgian + basic working English
