Join us! - we are looking for motivated professionals to take over the position of Raw materials Procurement manager with the responsibility for Georgia and Kyrgyzstan.
Key accountabilities:
** Manage and execute purchase of milk ingredients
** Lead and effectively manage procurement of milk ingredients to support most optimal milk balance
** Build milk ingredients industrial expertise & lead ingredients sourcing strategy to support effective milk balance of the Company
** Manage best sourcing decisions for production site using the knowledge of fat-protein balance of the sites & overall regions
** Build pool of industrial producers, suppliers and buyers to (producers/suppliers/buyers mapping)
** Build strong connection with planning and production teams to provide high level service
** Identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for efficiency improvements throughout the procurement process
Candidate profile:
** Higher education
** 5+ years of professional experience in procurement of raw materials, ingredients in food manufacturing industry, dairy manufacturing will be an advantage
** Fluent in English
** Basic understanding milk market
** Excellent analytical and communication skills
** Strong negotiation and persuasion capabilities
** High level of self-motivation, initiative and leadership, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
