We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Director to define and lead our BI strategy across a fast-paced, multi-brand iGaming ecosystem.
Why We Need You
As Business Intelligence Director, you will play a pivotal role in building a data-first culture and delivering actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across Product, Finance, Risk, Marketing, and Operations. You`ll lead a team of analysts, engineers, and scientists to ensure robust BI architecture, meaningful reporting, and scalable analytics solutions that support business performance and growth.
What You`ll Be Doing
** Define and execute a company-wide Business Intelligence strategy aligned with strategic goals
** Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across teams and business units
** Standardize KPIs and performance metrics across departments for consistency and clarity
** Lead the integration and governance of data from multiple systems and platforms
** Oversee the development and management of dashboards, alerts, and self-service tools
** Work closely with key departments (Product, Marketing, Finance, Risk, Operations) to deliver tailored insights and reporting solutions
** Prioritize and manage BI project pipelines with clear timelines and defined outcomes
** Guide the evolution of scalable BI architecture to support growing brand and client portfolios
** Ensure secure, compliant data handling in line with regulations (e.g., GDPR)
** Embed BI insights into everyday operational workflows and leadership decision-making
** Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing BI team, including analysts, engineers, and scientists
What You Bring to the Team
** 12+ years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related fields
** 5+ years in a senior or director-level leadership position within BI
** iGaming industry experience is required
** Deep expertise in KPI development, performance analytics, and executive-level reporting
** Strong technical skills in SQL and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
** Proven experience leading cross-functional data teams and BI operations
** Understanding of data privacy laws and secure data practices
** Ability to turn complex datasets into clear, impactful insights for business leaders
** Strategic thinker with strong execution capability and organizational awareness
