Request for Proposals for assignment:
Develop a GESI-sensitive Competence Package for Institutional Development of CSOs
World Vision (WV) is a humanitarian organization dedicated to working with children, families, and their communities worldwide to reach their full potential by tackling the causes of poverty and injustice.
WV plans to develop a practical and legally aligned competence package that enables CSOs to strengthen their financial, managerial, and operational systems, and include gender equality and social inclusion (GESI) across institutional policies and processes. The assignment will be carried out in the scope of the project: Outsourcing Social Services in Georgia - strong CSOs for quality services.
For this purpose, WV is inviting consultants to submit proposals. Detailed TOR is attached.
The consultant demonstrating technical acceptability, relevant experience, and qualifications, and offering the best quality-to-cost ratio, will be selected for the assignment.
All interested consultants should send their Expression of Interests to Rati_Gvelesiani@wvi.org to receive access to the full package of documentation. The request e-mail should contain (i) the name of the consultant, (ii) e-mail and phone number of the contact person. Please include the title of the selection— "Develop a GESI-sensitive Competence Package"—for in the subject line of your email. The deadline for expressing the interest is May 20, 2025 11:00.

The document submission and selection will be done through the electronic procurement system of the World Vision (Provision/Coupa). Deadline for submission of documentation is May 20, 2025 18:00. (Local Time). Submissions after the deadline or outside the system will not be considered.
