Greenway Georgia LLC is announcing a vacancy for the position of Video Systems Administrator.
Location: Tbilisi, Ana Politkovskaya St. 14A
Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
** Install, configure, and maintain Milestone XProtect VMS and related hardware/software;
** Manage system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance;
** Monitor system health, storage usage, and video retention policies;
** Maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures for video data;
** Manage user roles, access controls, and authentication protocols;
** Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local regulations;
** Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network issues related to the VMS;
** Configure and integrate IP cameras, NVRs, access control, and analytics with Milestone VMS;
** Optimize system settings for video quality, bandwidth, and storage efficiency;
** Monitor storage performance, capacity, and availability;
** Ensure data replication and redundancy for high availability;
Key Requirements and Technical Skills:
** Bachelor`s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience);
** Proven experience as a VMS Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role, with expertise in Milestone XProtect or other VMS platforms;
** Strong understanding of video surveillance systems, IP cameras, NVRs, and related hardware;
** In-depth knowledge of Milestone XProtect VMS, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting;
** Familiarity with network protocols, IP networks, and video compression standards;
** Experience in managing system backups, disaster recovery, and data redundancy techniques.

** Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
