We are excited to announce the opening of Frankie`s Bar, a vibrant new concept in the heart of Tbilisi`s historic Old Town.
We`re looking for an experienced, dynamic, and passionate Bar Manager to lead our opening and day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
** Oversee daily bar operations and staff management
** Ensure excellent customer service and guest experience
** Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
** Develop and maintain beverage menus (cocktails, wines, etc.)
** Recruit, train, and motivate the bar team
** Work closely with ownership to drive business and increase profitability
** Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and brand standards
Requirements:
** Fluent in Georgian and English
** Minimum 3 years of bar or bar management experience
** Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
** Business-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
** Creativity and energy to help launch a new venue
** Availability to start as soon as possible
