Location: Tbilisi, Georgia (On-site)
Duration: 3-6 months (with the possibility of extension for up to 3 additional months)
Start Date & Working Hours: Flexible and can be adapted to university schedules
Monthly Payment: 300 GEL NET

The firm serves both international clients and companies operating within Georgia. In addition to its office in Tbilisi, IBCCS also has offices in Cyprus (Limassol), Estonia (Tallinn), the United Arab Emirates (Dubai), and Armenia (Yerevan).
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Legal Intern to join our dynamic legal department. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring legal professionals eager to grow in a fast-paced, international business environment.
Who We`re Looking For:
An ambitious 4th year student or recent graduate who:
** Has a basic understanding of private and administrative law principles
** Is proficient in English (written and spoken) and has a good knowledge of Russian
** Demonstrates strong research, analytical, and writing skills
** Is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and proactive
** Has excellent communication skills and can work well both independently and as part of a team
** Shows a genuine interest in corporate, labour, and international legal matters
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
** Conducting legal research and summarizing findings
** Drafting and proofreading legal documents (e.g., contracts, labour documents, memos, corporate documents)
** Assisting with client communication and administrative procedures
** Supporting ongoing projects under the direct supervision of legal staff
