We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team and promote our premium line of hair care products to salons and professional shops in Tbilisi and Batumi. The ideal candidates will be passionate about the beauty industry, have a strong sales background, and be able to build and maintain lasting relationships with salon/shop owners/managers and hair care professionals.
Responsibilities:
** Sales & Product Promotion: Actively sell and promote a wide range of hair care products to salons and professional shops, including shampoos, conditioners, styling products, treatments and technical products (permanent and demi-permanents color).
** Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and target new salon clients, establish relationships with salon owners, stylists, and decision-makers, and create opportunities for sales growth.
** Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction, repeat sales, and loyalty.
** Product Knowledge & Consultation: Provide in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and applications. Offer professional recommendations based on salon needs and client preferences.
** Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for salon owners and their teams, showcasing the value and effectiveness of our products.
** Order Processing & Follow-Up: Process customer orders, ensure timely delivery of products, and follow up to ensure satisfaction with purchases.
** Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market demands. Provide feedback to the team to help refine product offerings and strategies.
** Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward sales targets. Provide regular sales reports to management.
Qualifications:
** Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beauty or salon industry.
** Strong knowledge of hair care products, treatments, and salon needs.
** Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
** Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships.
** Knowledge of Georgian and Russian language, English desirable.
** Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
** Strong organizational and time-management skills.
** Valid driver`s license and reliable transportation.
** Bachelor`s degree.
