Employment Type: Full-Time | Monday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Position Summary

The Sales Consultant serves as the primary brand ambassador and retail engine of the dealership. This role is responsible for welcoming prospective buyers, guiding them through the sales process, and securing vehicle closures. The ideal candidate balances aggressive sales targets with impeccable workplace discipline, corporate compliance, and meticulous showroom presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

** Consultative Selling: Proactively manage the customer pipeline by walking visitors through options, providing expert answers to product inquiries, and matching buyers to the right model.
** Product Demonstration: Deliver highly accurate, confident demonstrations of vehicle specifications, safety features, and advanced onboard technologies.
** Test Drive Execution: Safely prepare, manage, and conduct client test drives to demonstrate driving dynamics, build buying confidence, and accelerate closing rates.
** Deal Finalization: Negotiate transparent terms and personally complete all required corporate documentation, invoicing checkpoints, and legal paperwork necessary to finalize the transaction.
** Inter-Departmental Alignment: Coordinate directly with Office Management and Technical Staff to manage customer communications, ensure smooth vehicle handovers, and track operational compliance.

Showroom Presentation & Floor Standards

** Operational Readiness: Ensure punctuality by arriving by 09:55 AM daily to fully set up the front floor, adjust showroom illumination, and welcome walk-in traffic by 10:00 AM sharp.
** Visual Merchandising: Maintain vehicle readiness by confirming display stock is pristine, dust-free, and fingerprint-free. Ensure all electric vehicles are systematically monitored and sufficiently charged.
** Workspace Discipline: Strictly maintain clean, corporate-ready personal desks and customer lounge areas, keeping them totally free of clutter, loose paperwork, food, and personal items.
** Digital Media Monitoring: Verify that the primary showroom television and marketing loops are active, functioning seamlessly, and displaying only corporate-approved promotional content throughout operating hours.

Professional Conduct & Compliance

** Corporate Attire: Project a premium brand image by strictly adhering to the mandatory dress code, including high-end business suits, blazers, or professional business clothing with pristine grooming and footwear.
** Elite Service Etiquette: Greet every visitor within 10 seconds of entry, stand up to show respect, maintain direct eye contact, and uphold an strictly polite, professional demeanor under all circumstances.
** Floor Presence: Maintain constant floor coverage to ensure customer areas are never left unmanaged, exercising elite device etiquette by avoiding personal phone distractions or social media use on the clock.
** Ethical Standards: Maintain strict customer confidentiality, practice responsible asset protection, and adhere to the zero-tolerance indoor non-smoking policy.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
** Driving Credentials: Must hold a valid Category B Driving License with a clean record and confident driving capability to safely execute customer test drives.
** Language Fluency: Georgian is a must. Additionally professional working proficiency/fluency in English and Russian is absolutely required to manage diverse customer demographics and execute international business transactions.
Preferred Qualifications
** Industry Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in retail automotive sales, luxury real estate, premium retail, or high-end hospitality.
** Technical Aptitude: Ability to comfortably study, absorb, and present complex vehicle platforms, battery configurations, and hybrid powertrains.
** Core Competencies: Elite negotiation skills, strong administrative organization, acute attention to detail, emotional intelligence, and an unwavering commitment to corporate rules.
Compensation & Benefits
** Base Salary + direct, uncapped sales bonus per vehicle sold, paid exclusively to the specific Sales Consultant who manages, documents, and closes the transaction.
