Key Responsibilities
Office Operations (Hands-on):
** Handle office supplies procurement, vendor communication, and basic maintenance issues
** Manage daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
** Maintain office policies, procedures, and administrative systems
** Oversee office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
** Ensure proper document management and filing systems (physical and electronic)
** Direct Support to Audit and other professional Teams (Accounting Outsource, Tax etc.)
** Assist auditors with formatting financial statements and reports.
** Arrange logistics for different assignments (travel, accommodation, client meetings)
** Help prepare client deliverables (printing, binding, scanning, submission)
** Keep tracing of outgoing/incoming correspondence including proposals
** Support partners and managers with administrative tasks related to client engagements
** Help with ACCA registration and obtaining of books
Client Interaction & Coordination:
** Organize meetings and maintain calendars for partners
** Ensure professional handling of incoming calls, emails, and visitors and redirect to respective personnel
** Serve as a point of contact for administrative client inquiries
** Ensure the meeting room is kept clean, organized, and presentable at all times and provide hospitality support to guests when necessary.
HR & Administrative Support:
** Assist with hiring logistics (posting vacancies, scheduling interviews)
** Support onboarding of new employees (workspace setup, documentation)
** Coordinate staff training sessions and internal events
** Monitor office attendance and general staff administration
Compliance & Documentation:
** Maintain proper archiving of audit files and administrative records
** Ensure documentation is complete and organized for internal/external inspections
** Support compliance with firm policies and basic regulatory requirements
IT & General Support:
** Ensure printers, shared drives, and audit tools are functioning
** Support implementation of simple process improvements in the office 
Key Skills & Competencies:
** Strong organizational and time management skills
** Excellent verbal and written communication skills
** Experience in scheduling meetings, coordinating office operations, and handling correspondence
** Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
** Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
** Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
** Customer service and guest relations skills
Required Qualifications:
** Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field;
** Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
** Excellent command of Georgian and English languages, both written and verbal (Russian will be an asset)
