We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Sales Officer to lead our sales operations in both domestic and international markets.

Position Overview:

The Chief Sales Officer will be responsible for creating and executing the company`s sales strategy, increasing revenue, expanding market presence, and leading a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, proven experience in real estate/development sales, and fluency in English and Russian.

Key Responsibilities:

** Develop and implement overall sales strategy for local and foreign markets
** Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
** Build and maintain relationships with local and international clients, investors, and partners
** Identify new market opportunities and expand company sales channels
** Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand
** Set KPIs, sales budgets, and performance reporting systems
** Coordinate with marketing, legal, and project teams to maximize sales results
** Negotiate high-value deals and strategic partnerships
** Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

** Minimum 5+ years of senior sales management experience
** Experience in real estate, development, construction, or luxury sales preferred
** Strong leadership and team management skills
** Proven track record of achieving sales growth targets
** Excellent negotiation and communication skills
** Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory
** Strategic thinking with strong business acumen
** Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
