Position: Flight Operations Officer
Location: Tbilisi International Airport
About Us:
VIP Aviation is a handling company providing services for scheduled and non-scheduled flights since 2008.
We are looking for a responsible and organized person with ability to handle multiple tasks to join our team in Tbilisi.
Key Responsibilities:
** Communicate and correspond with service providers and clients
** Supervise flight handling operations: meet the aircraft upon arrival and coordinate services for the crew.
Requirements:
** Good English skills (spoken and written)
** Category "B" driver`s license
** Basic knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Working Schedule:
** The standard schedule consists of approximately 10-12 shifts per month, planned in advance.
** During the initial training period (typically 2-3 months, depending on individual progress), employees will work regular daytime hours (Monday to Friday), with weekends off.
Selection Process:
** CV screening
** Written test (compose an email in English) & Final interview
