We are a fast-growing investment and real estate company focused on building a strong marketing system that drives lead generation, increases property visibility, and supports sales. Our team collaborates closely to deliver high-quality content and performance-driven campaigns.
We are currently looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team.
Location: Batumi, Georgia
Working hours: Full time, Monday-Friday, 10:00-19:00
Salary: Based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
** Identify target audiences and select appropriate social media platforms
** Participate in the development of social media strategy
** Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other platforms
** Monitor and optimize campaigns based on KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.)
** Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop high-performing creatives
** Conduct A/B testing across campaigns
** Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports for internal stakeholders
** Stay updated on digital advertising trends and platform changes
** Report on completed and planned activities to the direct supervisor
Qualifications & Requirements:
** Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
** Minimum 2 years of experience in paid social or performance marketing
** Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (TikTok and Google Ads is a plus)
** Google Analytics
** Strong analytical mindset and understanding of performance metrics
** Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
** Fluency in English
