The "Karcher-Georgia" team is currently announcing a vacancy for the position of Customer Care Specialist.

Working Conditions:

Job Description:

Are you passionate about turning frustrated customers into lifelong fans? We are looking for an empathetic, analytical, and proactive Customer Care Specialist to champion our overall customer experience. In this role, you won`t just be logging complaints—you will act as the vital bridge between our customers, our B2B partners, and our internal teams.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

** Championing the Customer Journey: Monitoring interactions across all B2C channels (calls, social media, web) to identify pain points and implement creative solutions.
** Empowering Our Call Center: Building a strong partnership with the call center team through regular touchpoints, "mystery caller" evaluations, and co-creating action plans to elevate service quality.
** Turning Feedback into Action: Diving deep into feedback forms and complaints to spot trends, find root causes of systemic issues, and deliver actionable recommendations.
** Building Lasting Relationships: Reaching out to customers to gather feedback, resolve dissatisfaction, and uncover retention or upselling opportunities.
** Supporting B2B Partners: Ensuring our direct sales teams and business partners have exactly what they need, from verifying product data to supporting business office operations.
** Collaborating Across the Business: Breaking down silos by working hand-in-hand with Logistics, Sales, Marketing, and Service departments to support CRM processes and loyalty programs.

Qualifications:

** Proven background and experience in Customer Experience (CX), customer support, or related roles.
** Experience collaborating with, coordinating, or evaluating call centers and service teams.
** Hands-on familiarity with modern customer feedback tools and CRM systems.
** Multilingual communication abilities are a strong plus!

Required Skills:

** Exceptional Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate difficult conversations gracefully and advocate for the customer.
** Analytical Problem-Solving: A sharp mind that can look at raw customer data, identify recurring themes, and propose logical, business-friendly solutions.
** Cross-Functional Leadership: The ability to influence, coordinate processes, and drive collaboration across different departments without direct authority.
** Organizational Excellence: Strong reporting skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to keep multiple projects moving forward simultaneously.
