Join us! - we are looking for motivated professionals to take over the position of Manufacturing Data Analyst at dairy production plant in Tbilisi (Phonichala), Georgia.
Key accountabilities:
** Develop reporting formats and data collection schedules; communicate deadlines and ensure timely submission of data. Prepare monthly KPI reports and upload them to the reporting portal.
** Develop analytical tools and functions to support integration processes at the production level.
** Propose new KPIs and recommend corrective actions when deviations from planned indicators occur.
** Communicate analytical results to management and cross functional teams; participate in cost analysis versus the approved annual budget in line with company standards.
** Collect financial plans, budgets, and manufacturing forecasts; ensure completeness and accuracy of submitted information; support weekly and monthly executive reporting.
** Support productivity improvement projects and business process optimization initiatives; contribute to the company`s LEAN program to reduce waste and losses.
** Calculate and analyze the actual impact of productivity and efficiency projects together with project leaders.
** Participate in the development and implementation of cost reduction initiatives.
** Support the CapEx agenda, including IRR calculations and coordination of the approval process with financial controlling and engineering management.
** Analyze production unit activities and energy use efficiency; provide managers with insights on budget execution and reasons for cost overruns.
** Lead and evaluate non standard projects as assigned.
** Maintain structured weekly planning, independently prioritize tasks, and consistently meet deadlines.
** Demonstrate professional behavior during meetings: active participation, focused attention, and accurate note taking.
** Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow up communication.
** Prepare clear, concise, and professional emails, presentations, and status updates.
** Communicate proactively with stakeholders regarding risks, delays, or data issues.
** Present KPI results confidently and respond clearly to follow up questions.
Candidate profile:
** Higher education preferably in economics, business or related field
** 2-3 years of experience in analyzing different kind of data and processes, preferably in manufacturing
** Knowledge of manufacturing operations and processes; ability to build analytical and cost optimization models.
** Strong analytical skills and logical thinking, attention to detail
** Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
** Strong organizational habits: structured note taking, task tracking, and consistent follow through.
** High level of personal discipline, reliability, and accountability, Proactive, results oriented, and committed to contributing to team success.
** Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint); basic Power BI skills preferred, understanding of DAX and Power Query, familiarity with 1C is an advantage.
** General understanding of P&L, direct costs, manufacturing overheads, Opex and Capex.
** Fluent in Georgian and English;
