We have been operating since 2006 and have offices in 11 countries across Eastern Europe and Asia.

Currently, we are looking for a Sales Manager Finished Goods in Georgia. We are seeking an experienced, independent, and proactive professional who will strengthen our team.

What tasks you will work on:

Partner management and sales development:

** Conduct negotiations, identify partner needs, assist in preparing technical requirements.
** Search for new partners and develop relationships with existing ones.
** Manage partner database in accounting systems (AX, CRM).
** Develop the Finished Goods sales channel in Georgia.
** Monitor the market, analyze competitors, and identify key projects.
** Respond оперативно to crisis and non-standard situations.

Commercial activity and sales support:

** Pricing management: project pricing, margin control.
** Preparation of commercial offers, defining financial terms, payment control.
** Full sales and delivery process support at all stages.
** Inventory control: promotion of stock sales, clearance of non-liquid items, warehouse turnover management.

Vendor and project management:

** Project registration with vendors and tracking their implementation.
** Order placement, delivery timeline control, reporting on planned sales.
** Ensuring compliance with vendor competency requirements.
** Development and coordination of FG strategy in Georgia with PLM and vendors.

Marketing activities and brand management:

** Preparation and distribution of promo programs.
** Coordination and control of partner use of DEMO equipment.
** Participation in planning, organizing, and conducting marketing activities.

Planning and performance control:

** Budgeting and sales planning for the upcoming quarter.
** KPI and financial performance control.
** Work in company systems: order placement in AX, pipeline management in CRM.

** Successful experience in IT equipment sales (experience in electrical equipment sales is an advantage).
** Business correspondence skills.
** Russian and Georgian languages at conversational level.
