The Apple Premium Partner Team in Georgia (ASBC | iSpace) is looking for an energetic and customer-focused B2B Sales Manager to support the growth of our corporate business. This role plays a key part in executing daily

sales activities, delivering outstanding client service. This position is ideal for someone who loves working with clients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by achieving sales results.

Key Responsibilities

** Achieve B2B sales targets across product groups and services.
** Consult clients on Apple products, solutions, warranty, repairs, and delivery.
** Respond to incoming corporate inquiries via phone, email, chat, and CRM.
** Perform cross-selling and upselling based on customer needs.
** Proactively identify, source, and attract new B2B clients and business partners to support corporate sales growth.
** Inform clients about promotions and special offers.
** Process orders, pre-orders, and documentation in the CRM system.
** Ensure accurate cash register operations and compliance with cash discipline.
** Maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve product or service-related issues.
** Collaborate with internal teams (Service, Logistics, KAMs) to deliver smooth customer service.

Qualifications:

** 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or a relevant commercial role (B2B experience is an advantage).
** Good understanding of IT products; Apple product knowledge is a strong plus.
** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
** Strong communication skills with the ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
** English proficiency at least B1-B2 level.
