VORTEX Water Engineering, legally registered as LLC "Georgian Water Systems", hereby announces a tender for website design and development services.
Scope of Services
VORTEX Water Engineering is seeking a qualified company to design and develop a modern, functional, and user-centered website that reflects our corporate identity (see Appendix 1 - Company Profile), enhances user experience, and positions VORTEX Water Engineering as a competitive player in the market.
Scope of Work
Design and UI/UX
** Development of the full website concept and design in line with the company`s brand book
** UI/UX design for both desktop and mobile versions
** A clean, effective, and easily perceivable visual style with intuitive navigation, suitable for both industry professionals and entry-level users.
Development
** Website development and implementation
** Creation of CMS structures, including: Home, About Us, News, Products and Services, Blog, Calculators, Contact.
SEO and Analytics
** Technical SEO implementation, including: Clear URL structure, Meta titles and descriptions, Meta tags, Alt texts;
** Sitemap creation and indexing
** Integration of Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console
Integrations
** Integration with Facebook and LinkedIn
** Capability to integrate online calculators.
Handover and Content Management
The website theme must be user-friendly, enabling the VORTEX team to independently manage the website after handover, including:
** Adding and editing products
** Publishing blog posts
** Creating new pages
** Managing inquiries and messages
Bilingual Website
** Full Georgian and English versions of the website
Deliverables:
** XD / Figma design files
** Fully developed and functional website
** CMS structure
** SEO configuration
** Technical documentation
** User guide / operational manual
