Our company is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Sales Support Coordinator.
Purpose:
To provide comprehensive administrative, commercial, and operational support to the Sales Team, including Travel agents, corporate clients. This role ensures timely and efficient handling of group bookings, system support, agency coordination, and sales follow-up activities. The position plays a critical role in securing group business, maintaining process compliance, and delivering excellent partner support throughout the sales cycle.
Duties and Responsibilities:
** Manage and create new agency accounts and administer user access in the system
** Assist travel agents with booking system issues (availability, fare rules, technical errors) and escalate unresolved cases
** Manage booking queues, extend time limits, and ensure timely ticket issuance to avoid cancellations or penalties
** Assists in organizing sales promotion campaigns and FAM trips; coordinates with the marketing team on requirements and necessary arrangements
** Conduct regular benchmarks of competitor (OAL) pricing to ensure remains competitive across key routes and markets
** Assist with internal reporting — including daily, weekly, or monthly updates on group sales, agency performance, and ongoing initiatives
Requirements:
** You have a high school diploma or a university degree
** You are fluent in Georgian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
** You have strong communication and interpersonal skills
