International School "Progress" is announcing a vacancy for the position of English Language Teacher in the city of Batumi.

Vacancy: English Language Teacher (Native Speaker) - Batumi Campus
Key Responsibilities:
** Deliver engaging theoretical and practical English lessons in line with the curriculum;
** Identify and support talented students, encouraging participation in various formal and informal educational projects;
** Take initiative to improve teaching methods and maintain high standards;
** Participate in planning and executing the learning process in collaboration with other staff;
** Engage in professional development programs and projects within or outside the school;
** Adhere to academic integrity, pedagogical ethics, and professional conduct;
** Comply with the school`s internal regulations and standards;
** Commit to ongoing self-development and continuous improvement of teaching skills;
** Prepare students in grades 2-4 for international exams such as TOEFL, Cambridge, and SAT.
Qualification Requirements:
** Higher education in a relevant field;
** Fluent in English; native English speaker required;
** Experience teaching English and working with students in an academic environment;
** Experience teaching AP courses based on AP standards is preferred;
** Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and student-centered approaches is a plus;
** Relevant teaching certifications will be considered an advantage.
Conditions:
** Salary: Hourly-based, determined by experience and qualifications;
** Selected candidates will go through additional selection stages, which may include:
** A demonstration lesson;
** An additional interview;
