We are looking for a professional and dynamic team member with a strong entrepreneurial spirit to join our team of imaginative Heartists as Welcomer and orchestrate an exceptional and memorable guest experience.

Hospitality will always be about experiences and connecting with people. As a Pullman Welcomer, you are more than a receptionist - you are a passionate people person - host, a connector, brand ambassador and a social network.

Through your exemplary, professional and welcoming attitude you will embody the essence, style and spirit of the Pullman brand at all times. Working closely with all departments, you create a place for our global nomads to feel accomplished and energized, as well as facilitate meaningful and interesting interactions for them while on the road.

Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

** Provide hotel guests with prompt service, professional attention and personal recognition
** Handle reservations, check-ins, check-outs in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner, collect, input and manage guest information to improve future stays
** Respond appropriately to guest complaints, solicit feedback and build relationships to drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction
** You are the link between the other hotel departments to ensure the guests receive the service we promise
** Contribute to guest satisfaction and guest relations, whilst taking care to respect administrative procedures
** Anticipate guest needs and provide current, accurate and relevant information personalized to guests and visitors individual needs
** Help train and develop other Welcomers in the team
** Use suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and to promote other services of the hotel
** Follow procedures for cash and cards accepting, billing procedures. Be materially responsible for the cash flow during the shift
** Answer internal and external phone calls, make reservations in the periods out of the reservation department working hours and when it`s needed
** Promote ALL loyalty program, adapting the sales pitch to suit the guest`s needs, offer soft benefits to each ALL member accordingly
** Check billing instructions and guest credit for compliance with hotel credit policy and ensure all transactions are handled in a secure manner
** Establish and maintain good communications and teamwork with fellow colleagues and other departments within the hotel
** Maintain complete knowledge of all the hotel services and facilities
** Work as a part of the team to achieve departmental objectives on a monthly and yearly basis
** Be well versed in hotel fire & life safety / emergency procedures
** Work day and night shifts within a flexible schedule that meets business demands
** Perform other duties as assigned by the management

** Service focused personality
** Proficient in English, Georgian and Russian oral and written. Other languages would be a plus
** Computer literate, with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
** Basic IT Solutions knowledge
** Results and service oriented with an eye for details
** An entrepreneurial mind set and strong team spirit
** Problem solving and decision making skills
** Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
** Hotel experience is desired, but not required
