Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Schedule: Full-time (5 days/week)

HAVI Logistics LLC (GE), a global leader in logistics and supply chain management, is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior HR Business Partner to join our dynamic HR team in Tbilisi.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational HR Support:

** Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries in Georgia
** Handle daily HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and personnel documentation
** Coordinate with external providers (payroll, safety services, etc.)

Recruitment & Onboarding:

** Support recruitment processes and hiring managers
** Prepare hiring documentation and ensure proper setup of employee benefits
** Facilitate onboarding and maintain employee records in SAP-SF

Employee Engagement & Communication:

** Support internal events, team buildings, and wellbeing initiatives
** Represent HAVI as a local ambassador for employer branding

HR Administration & Compliance:

** Ensure up-to-date personnel files and compliance with labor laws
** Manage timesheet and bonus submissions
** Support audits and internal surveys

Data Management & Reporting:

** Maintain accurate data in HR systems
** Assist with HR reporting and benchmarking studies

Process Improvement & Digitalization:

Identify process improvement opportunities
Support HR digitalization initiatives in line with tools and budget

Required Skills & Experience:

** HR Background - 1-3 years of experience in HR administration, payroll, and recruitment across various roles
** International Experience - Ideally, prior experience in a similar position within an international company, preferably in logistics or a related industry
** Legal Compliance - Strong understanding of and ability to comply with local labor legislation
** Language Skills - Good command of English (spoken and written)
** Technical Skills - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP-SF) is an advantage
