Position Title: Accountant Assistant
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Key Responsibilities:
** Invoice processing, filing, sorting, and delivering to RDG
** Maintain proper recording of financial documents and transfers in 1C - Balance database
** Provide timely reports to the accountant
** Regular communications and follow up with the team for the required information and documents Control
** Order the stocks of the office
** Processing expense request for approvals
** Assisting with employee time entries in the System
** Manage and maintain petty cash and business card expenditures
** Preparation of various reports assigned by chief accountant
** Filling the quarterly and annual statistics for geostat.ge
** Controlling the Rs.ge, seller/buyer invoices for VAT return
** Buying international tickets
** Control of reimbursement documentations
** Communication with external service and product providers
** Control, order and provide proper documentation of fuel for cars
** Help and assist with internal and external auditors
** Prepare payment lists for processing
Key Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
** Must have completed Bachelor`s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Management Accounting or Banking and Finance
** Proficiency in MS Office and in accounting software 1C - Balance
** Minimum 1 years` experience in accounting
** Ability to prioritize tasks in order to manage competing deadlines
