The Hotel offers exceptional amenities, unique eateries, grand architectural design, a luxurious Spa and Stunning views on Old Town. Personalized concierge services, conference rooms equipped with high-end technology, SPA center Stretched over three floors, design and service elements allow guests to feel Georgian spirit without even leaving the hotel.
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
** Planning and managing the recruitment process, data management, international recruitment
** Participate in the workforce planning together with HR Director Hiring Managers
** Preparing and posting open vacancy texts on online channels.
** Searching for candidates for vacant positions.
** Represent the company and facilitate participation in the Career Fairs, Internship Fairs, and other recruitment-related events
** Sourcing candidates using job boards, company HR database, professional networks, social media, and referrals
** Communicate with the candidates via email/phone/LinkedIn at various stages of the recruitment process
** Screening incoming resumes.
** Planning and conducting interviews/tests and use skill assessment tools for evaluating candidates` relevant knowledge, experience skills
** Executing tasks and instructions from the direct supervisor.
** Reporting to Direct manager
Candidate Profile (Education and Experience)
** Effective HR administration and people management skills;
** Languages: Excellent knowledge of Georgian, English. (Spoken & written). Additional languages are of added value.
** Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools
** Sociable, excellent interpersonal skills, result orientated, outgoing personality, active & enthusiastic, team player, trustworthy and dependable
** Time management and problem-solving skills;
** Able to work independently
** Related work experience in an International Organization preferred; Hospitality background is an added value
** Higher education in Psychology or Business Administration.
** Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field.
** High sense of responsibility and dedication to work.
** Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
** Ability to manage a multitasking workflow.
** Oriented towards development and innovation.
