You`ll be responsible for developing content strategies, managing a content team, and ensuring high-quality, SEO-optimized content delivery across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
** Content Strategy: Research market trends, plan content strategies, and manage a content calendar.
** Content Management: Oversee content creation and curation for blogs, websites, social media, and email.
** SEO & Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to maximize organic reach.
** Team Leadership: Supervise and support a team of writers and visual content creators.
** Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, design, and web development teams.
** Performance & Analytics: Monitor content metrics and continuously improve based on insights.
** Brand Voice & Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, style, and messaging.
** Content Distribution: Lead distribution efforts across platforms including social media and email.
** Trend Awareness: Stay current on content, SEO, and industry innovations.
** Project Management: Manage content projects, allocate resources, and meet deadlines.
** Web Content: Ensure website content is optimized, user-friendly, and up to date.
** Availability: Must be reachable beyond regular hours (10 AM - 6 PM) for urgent matters.
Requirements:
** 3+ years of experience in content management, content strategy, or a related role
** Strong SEO knowledge and experience with tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs
** Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
** Experience with CMS platforms and web content best practices
** Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
