We are expanding our legal team and looking for two full-time lawyers to join us. This is a demanding yet rewarding role offering real responsibility from day one. The work is hands-on, client-facing, and focused on delivering practical, high-quality legal solutions.
We are seeking professionals who are serious about their craft, committed to excellence, and motivated to grow within a fast-paced environment.
Who We`re Looking For:
To complement our current team, we are hiring two lawyers with distinct personal strengths:
** One candidate should have a structured, detail-oriented, and analytical mindset, with solid experience in the legal field and a strong ability to manage complex documentation and casework efficiently.
** The other should be energetic, outgoing, and confident in communication and relationship management.
Both roles carry the same scope of work and expectations. Regardless of personality, we are looking for individuals who bring:
** Strong professionalism and independence
** The ability to manage demanding legal work with integrity and precision
** Maturity, flexibility, and a proactive mindset
** A clear understanding of international client service standards
This role may occasionally involve short-notice schedule changes or international travel. A strong work ethic, resilience, and ownership of responsibilities are essential.
Requirements:
** Master of Laws (LL.M) - degree completed
** Fluent in English (spoken and written), with strong legal drafting and writing skills
** Ability to work independently and think critically
** High personal and professional standards
** Willingness to fully adapt to international client expectations (training will be provided)
** Strong sense of responsibility and ability to prioritize client needs
** Flexible and adaptable mindset
Key Responsibilities:
** Drafting and reviewing contracts, legal opinions, and corporate documentation
** Advising international private and business clients on legal matters in Georgia and abroad
** Managing communications with public institutions, authorities, and counterparties
** Taking ownership of client cases and progressing them independently
** Ensuring timely, accurate, and well-communicated legal deliverables
