Call for Expressions of Interest (EOI) Provision of Conference, Accommodation, and Catering Services
Rural Development through Youth Entrepreneurship Phase 2 (RDYE 2)
Mercy Corps Georgia invites qualified hotels, conference venues, and hospitality service providers to express their interest in participating in a competitive tender for the provision of conference, accommodation, and catering services under the Rural Development through Youth Entrepreneurship Phase 2 (RDYE 2) project.
The project is funded by International Partnerships Austria and supports youth entrepreneurship and economic development in rural Georgia.
Interested service providers may apply for one or both of the following geographic lots:
Lot 1: Kvemo Kartli and Samtskhe-Javakheti Regions
Lot 2: Adjara and Guria Regions
Detailed information regarding the scope of services, technical requirements, eligibility criteria, and procurement process is provided in the attached tender documents.
How to Express Interest:
Interested service providers are requested to submit the following completed documents:
** Intent to Bid Form;
** Supplier Information Form; and
** Consent to Personal Data Processing Form.

RDYE 2 - Conference, Accommodation and Catering Services - Lot [1 or 2]
Submission Deadline: 24 August 2026, 18:00 (GMT+4)
Following the submission deadline, eligible applicants will receive an invitation through Mercy Corps` procurement platform ProSource to participate in the formal tender process.
The tender call is expected to be issued by 1 September 2026.
