ABOUT THE ROLE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
** Oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms, public areas, and facilities meet KH quality and brand standards.
** Train and manage housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
** Monitor daily cleaning schedules, inspections, and deep-cleaning programs.
** Control housekeeping budgets, inventory, linen, and cleaning supplies.
** Implement and maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards across all housekeeping operations.
** Work closely with Front Office, Maintenance, and F&B to align guest services and operational needs.
** Address guest feedback and complaints promptly, ensuring continuous improvement.
** Use digital systems to monitor room status, inventory, and performance.
** Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and brand standards.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
** Minimum 4-6 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
** Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning techniques, and inventory control.
** Proven leadership, organizational, and training skills.
** Proficient in MS Office and housekeeping management systems.
** Fluent in Georgian and English.
