ABOUT THE ROLE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
** Lead and manage all security operations, ensuring the safety of guests, employees, and hotel assets.
** Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and risk management strategies.
** Oversee CCTV, access control, and alarm systems, ensuring proper functionality and monitoring.
** Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify and mitigate potential threats.
** Manage incident response, investigations, and reporting, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
** Lead, train, and develop the security team, ensuring performance standards and 24/7 coverage.
** Coordinate with department heads to support safe and smooth hotel operations.
** Act as the main point of contact with local authorities, law enforcement, and emergency services.
** Ensure compliance with local laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
** Drive continuous improvement of security practices, systems, and team performance.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
** Minimum 5 years of experience in security operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
** Strong knowledge of security systems, risk management, and safety regulations.
** Proven leadership and team management skills.
** Experience in incident management, investigations, and crisis response.
** Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
** Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
** High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
** Fluent in Georgian and English.
