Position Summary:
Provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. Serves as a first point of contact for employees and walk-in candidates while ensuring accurate recordkeeping, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
** Maintain and organize employee files and HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
** Support recruitment administration, including assisting candidates with application procedures
** Handle HR correspondence, phone calls, mail distribution, and office supplies
** Respond to employee and management inquiries related to HR programs, policies, and procedures
** Support employee relations by escalating relevant issues to HR management
** Ensure HR workspaces are clean, accessible, and professionally maintained
** Support daily HR operations and other administrative duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
** High school diploma or GED
** At least 1 year of related work experience
** No supervisory experience required.
