Role Overview
The HR Generalist will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations while also contributing to building a strong employee experience and supporting career development initiatives. This role combines operational excellence with people-focused initiatives to ensure an engaged, high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities
** Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, internal movement, and offboarding
** Lead recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and coordinating internship programs
** design and implement of employee development initiatives, including career paths, performance evaluation systems, and skill-based development programs
** Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and supporting a positive employee experience
** Partner closely with management to identify people-related challenges and propose effective HR solutions
** Monitor employee engagement and contribute to initiatives that improve workplace culture and satisfaction
** Maintain HR data, reporting, and documentation accuracy

Qualifications
** Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
** 2-4 years of experience in HR (preferably in a generalist or similar role)
** Understanding of performance management and employee development practices
** Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
** Experience working in a tech or fast-paced environment
** Exposure to learning & development or talent management initiatives
