We are a small Japanese diner in Tbilisi, owned and operated by Japanese owner and head chef, Hiroshi Kimura, the 18th generation of a samurai family from Japan.
We serve authentic and traditional Japanese food, bringing real taste and culture from Japan to our guests.
Our diner values quality, atmosphere, and genuine hospitality.
Every dish is prepared with care, and we aim to create a unique experience.
We are looking for someone who is interested in Japanese food and culture, and would like to grow step by step together.
Conditions:
** Trial shift available (paid)
** 8-11 GEL/hour depending on performance
