An American transportation company is announcing a vacancy for the position of Director`s Assistant.
The position involves remote work and includes the following responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
** Assisting the Director in daily activities and carrying out assigned tasks
** Communicating and maintaining relationships with the company`s partners
** Preparing official correspondence and managing business communication
** Conducting phone communications with partners and clients
** Participating in the testing of software modules
Qualifications:
** Advanced knowledge of English (ability to speak and write fluently)
** Good knowledge of Russian for communication purposes
** Basic computer skills (user level)
** High level of responsibility
** Strong organizational skills and effective time management
** Personal computer or laptop
Training period: 1 week at the company`s office (Tbilisi)
Working hours: 16:00-01:00, Monday-Friday
Work location: Remote
Salary: 1000 GEL
