"CCT Chemicals Coating Trading LLC" was established in Tbilisi in 2012. The company cooperates with Italian international brands. The head office, warehouses and enterprise are located in the city of Rustavi.
The company specializes in the following areas:
** Production of wall and decorative paints in the city of Rustavi (with the help of Italian employees and using Italian technologies);
** Local and international trade in wood, metal and decorative varnishes;
** Trade in accessories necessary for the use of the product.
The candidate will work together with Georgian and Italian employees.
We are looking for a motivated and energetic candidate.
Vacancy: Quality Control and Production Planning Chemist
Location: Rustavi city, Mazniashvili street #2
Working hours: 09:30-18:30, Monday-Friday (13:00-14:00 break)
Probationary period: 6 months
Salary: from 2500 GEL (Net), which will increase according to the candidate`s experience and qualifications.
Function-duties:
1. Production planning and control:
** Planning production according to requests received from the commercial/sales office
** Supporting and checking bills of materials and related production activities
** Verifying that production batches comply with required standards before packaging
** Archiving samples of production batches and carrying out product stability checks
** Checking label printing compliance with GHS requirements
** Supporting the preparation and application of labels for each production batch
2. Quality system implementation:
** Supporting the implementation and development of the company Quality Management System
** Contributing to the creation and maintenance of procedures in accordance with ISO 9001 standards
3. Product certification:
** Supporting the implementation and preparation of product quality certifications
** Coordinating with companies located in Europe and Turkey regarding certifications and quality-related documentation
** Working in accordance with ISO / EN / GOST standards
4. Technical and safety documentation:
** Preparing Technical Data Sheets (TDS)
** Preparing Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for individual products
5. Raw material monitoring and stock control:
** Planning reorders of raw materials
** Checking and monitoring stock levels
** Informing the purchasing office when raw materials are below minimum stock level
6. Chemical safety responsibilities:
** Taking responsibility, within the scope of the role, for matters related to the health and safety of chemical products
** Supporting the safe handling and use of chemical products within the company
Qualification requirements:
** Educational qualification in Chemistry (degree or diploma)
** High level of English
** Residence in Rustavi or nearby areas
** Previous work experience in chemical companies is preferred
** Previous experience in the paints/coatings sector will be considered a strong advantage
** Strong organizational and planning skills
** Accurate, meticulous, careful, and well-structured working approach
** Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
** Strong mathematical skills and ability to perform medium-complexity calculations
** Interest in a stable, long-term employment opportunity
