Solvero Group is a holding company that unites several businesses within one group and supports them through centralized HR, Legal, IT, and Finance services.

Currently, Solvero Group brings together four companies: Esoterica Games, Invoo, Invoo Pay, and Invoo Chain.

Our newest strategic initiative is the launch of a new iGaming brand. As part of this project, we are looking for a Customer Support Representative who will play a key role in shaping customer experience and contributing to the brand`s successful development from the ground up.

What You`ll Do:

** Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email regarding account-related issues, payments, games, bonuses, and platform navigation.
** Provide clear explanations about how platform features function and how results and outcomes are calculated.
** Support customers with transaction-related questions and account balance matters.
** Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including age verification, responsible usage limits, and applicable local regulations.
** Assist customers in setting account limits and provide guidance on responsible usage tools and policies.
** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
** Deliver high-quality service aligned with company standards and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements:

** Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support (experience in iGaming is a strong advantage).
** English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
** Strong understanding of customer service principles, practices, and procedures.
** Basic knowledge of sales techniques and upselling methods is a plus.
** Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
** Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
** Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Working Conditions & Benefits:

** Rotating shifts, including day, midday and night shifts.
** Fixed salary: 2, 500 GEL (NET).
