Location: Tbilisi
Key Responsibilities:
** Recruit, train, and develop a new team for ophthalmology unit.
** Lead, coach, and inspire medical representatives.
** Implement and monitor marketing and sales strategies.
** Plan field activities, joint visits and performance reviews.
** Build trusted relationship with healthcare professionals
Requirements:
** Minimum 2 years of experience in team management experience (regional manager, filed force manager etc)
** Higher education (medical or pharmaceutical is an advantage)
** Russian language is an advantage
We offer:
** Salary 2 000 - 3 000 euro NET (depends on the candidate`s skills)
