A travel company "BFT Group" is looking for an Operations Specialist
About the role:
The Operations Specialist supports the Operations Manager in ensuring the smooth execution of daily tour operations. This role is responsible for coordinating hosts and drivers, managing schedules, handling operational issues in real time, maintaining partner relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Operations Specialist plays a key role in logistics, communication, and service quality control across all tours and platforms.
Key responsibilities:
** Oversee the execution and quality control of daily tours.
** Monitor tour schedules and ensure timely departures and smooth operations.
** Respond promptly to operational issues, delays, and technical problems during tours.
** Handle customer complaints and service-related issues professionally and efficiently.
** Monitor tourist satisfaction and collect feedback to improve service quality.
** Ensure high service standards throughout the tour experience.
** Support the Operations Manager in daily operational activities
** Participate in the organization and coordination of various small-scale tours
** Carry out tasks and assignments delegated by the Operations Manager within the scope of responsibility
