The German company "CMX Solutions" has been operating in the international market since 2012, with branches in Berlin, Skopje, Yerevan, Almaty, and Tbilisi. Through our multilingual contact center, we provide services to major international companies, focusing on handling inbound calls and electronic correspondence.
Currently, more than 300 employees are working in our Tbilisi team and due to expansion, we are looking for Customer Service Specialists who speak one of the following languages: French or Dutch.
Location: Tbilisi
Work schedule: Flexible
Workload: Part-time and full-time employment
Main Responsibilities:
** Providing customer service via inbound calls and electronic communication
** Identifying customer needs, searching for information, and offering guidance
** Providing technical support
Qualifications:
** Excellent proficiency (C1) in one of the following languages: French or Dutch, along with good English skills (B2) in both written and spoken form;
** Strong verbal and written communication skills;
** High computer literacy;
** Interest in technology and technical topics;
** Customer-oriented attitude and politeness;
** Quick thinking and efficiency;
** Accuracy and attention to detail;
** Ability to work in a team;
** No work experience required.
