This role focuses on expanding our presence in the HoReCa, catering, and gourmet retail sectors, while ensuring professional execution, structured documentation, and close coordination with HQ. The ideal candidate combines sales expertise, field execution, and passion for fine food, with strong business acumen and organizational discipline.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development & Account Management:
** Develop and manage relationships with key clients in HoReCa, catering, boutique stores, and gourmet retail chains.
** Lead the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and presenting products to negotiating terms, closing deals, and ongoing account management.
** Identify new market opportunities and build long-term strategic partnerships.
** Maintain a consistent customer pipeline and update all client data in CRM.
Sales Operations & Coordination:
** Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, and order confirmations.
** Coordinate deliveries, product samples, and promotional materials for clients.
** Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide weekly and monthly reports to HQ.
** Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to align field activities with campaigns and supply timelines.
Field Execution & Brand Representation:
** Ensure high-quality brand visibility and merchandising in all points of sale — including displays, tastings, and visual presentation.
** Organize and support product demonstrations, events, and trade shows.
** Collect customer feedback and market insights to improve execution and product positioning.
Reporting & Market Intelligence:
** Maintain precise and timely documentation of all sales activities and meetings in CRM.
** Report key performance indicators (KPIs): sales growth, conversion rates, client retention, and ROI.
** Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and emerging trends in the gourmet food market.
** Cross-Team Collaboration
** Serve as the day-to-day point of contact between local ops and HQ.
** Work closely with finance, marketing, and logistics to ensure smooth order flow and client satisfaction.
** Support management with reports, presentations, and recommendations for business growth.
Requirements:
** 3-5 years of proven experience in food sales.
** Solid experience selling to HoReCa, catering, and gourmet retail clients — essential.
** Strong commercial mindset and excellent negotiation skills.
** Fluent in Georgian, English. Russian - an advantage.
** Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/ERP systems.
** Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in documentation and reporting.
** Willingness to travel regularly. Valid driver`s license - an advantage.
