Action Against Hunger, as part of the Action Against Hunger (AAH) International network, is an international non-governmental, private, apolitical, non-confessional and non-profit organisation that fights hunger and its root causes worldwide. It has been operating in the South Caucasus region since 1994 and its current programmes focus on the following areas: Food Security, Livelihoods, Agriculture, Economic and Rural Development.
In the framework of the project "Forging Wider Alliances to support Rural Development in Georgia (FORWARD)" funded by the Austrian Development Agency with the funds of Austrian Cooperation Agency, Action Against Hunger - South Caucasus Mission announces a procurement process/tender for items divided on following lots with following deadlines:
** Vehicle -19.10.2025
** Crafting Machinery - 02.11.2025
** Solar - 09.11.2025
** Waste Management - 02.11.2025
** Musical Equipment - 16.11.2025
The main criteria for selecting suppliers will be:
** Competitive pricing
** Ability to meet specifications and standards.
** Availability and delivery lead-time
** Quality of materials
** Reliable delivery of materials
** Financial stability
** Payment conditions/requirements
** Proven performance and experience
** Warranty conditions
Action Against Hunger does not bind itself to award a contract to the lowest bidder, or any bid. Action Against Hunger also reserves the right to accept the whole bid or part of the bid.
It is not necessary to apply for all lots. Interested candidates can bid for one lot or more than one lot.
It is not necessary to apply for all items listed in one lot. Interested candidates can apply for one or more items or all items should they prefer.
