Evolvexe is hiring Georgian, English, and Russian-speaking Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join an international project. Applicants must be proficient in all three languages.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a liaison between the company and its customers—providing information about products and services, answering questions, and resolving issues with accuracy and efficiency. To succeed in this role, you must remain calm and professional in all situations while demonstrating strong computer skills. Evolvexe will provide all necessary training and, if required, the equipment to help selected CSRs adapt to the specific requirements of the job. This position is fully remote (work from home).
Responsibilities:
** Processing written customer inquiries;
** Providing comprehensive advice and clarification of customer queries;
** Communicating with the Supervisor, providing updates and receiving feedback.
Requirements:
** High proficiency in both spoken and written Georgian, English, and Russian;
** Strong computer skills and excellent typing abilities;
** Willingness to work in shifts.
