Title: Social Media Manager
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that builds brand awareness, drives consumer engagement, and supports sales growth in the Georgian market. You will leverage content creation, community management, and influencer partnerships to amplify Bioderma`s presence and credibility.
Key Responsibilities:
** Develop, implement, and manage the social media strategy aligned with brand objectives and local market trends
** Create engaging, high-quality content tailored to various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and local popular channels)
** Manage day-to-day community engagement, respond to comments and messages, and foster a loyal online community
** Identify, build, and maintain relationships with local influencers, dermatologists, beauty bloggers, and relevant opinion leaders
** Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns that effectively promote Bioderma products with scientific credibility
** Monitor social media KPIs and analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and content
** Manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources and measurable ROI
Requirements:
** Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in cosmetics, healthcare, or FMCG sectors
** Proven track record in influencer marketing and community building
** Strong content creation skills including copywriting, graphic basics, or ability to coordinate with creative teams
** Excellent understanding of Georgian social media platforms and audience behavior
** Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics)
** Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
** Highly organized, creative, and proactive, with strong communication skills
